Can I compete against agencies, consultants, and industry experts who have spent years mastering Google’s ever-changing ecosystem?
Can I accumulate 29,032 Google impressions in a single month using a website about SEO?
I don’t know.
That’s the purpose of this expedition.
What started as an attempt to help a friend improve his website quickly became an obsession.
Every ranking gained, every setback, every lesson, and every breakthrough raised a new question:
Can an normal IT professional get a brand-new website to rank on Google using SEO?
In May 2026, I knew nothing about SEO. I didn’t even know what the acronym stood for.
I just learned what the term SERP stands for.
Rather than hiding the process, I decided to document everything publicly.
I'll be using a Blog on here named "The Journal" to document the journey.
The successes.
The failures.
The wrong turns.
The right turns.
The experiments.
Nothing will be removed from this website unless it presents a security risk.
My objective is simple:
Reach 29,032 monthly Google impressions — the exact height of Mount Everest in feet.
Each Google impression earned during the month represents one foot climbed.
At the beginning of every month, the expedition starts again at Base Camp.
The mountain never changes.
The climb starts over each month.
One more thing.....
I won’t be climbing alone.
My Sherpa is ChatGPT.
Together we’ll test ideas, analyze results, make mistakes, learn from them, and see just how far this expedition can go.
Can we make it to the top of Mount Google?
Join me on my quest to reach the top.
Welcome to the mountain.
